Did you have a good 4th? If you’re like me, you were tempted to want to have a practice on Saturday but also grateful for the day off. (Perhaps a husband, wife or “special friend” suggested that being home might be good.)
With the playoffs just days away, however, I want to encourage everyone to stay active. You know best what you need to do to be in good condition come Saturday morning. My recommendation: run, lift or do something aerobic today, tomorrow or Thursday morning. In short, move the body!
But after mid-day Thursday, I’d commit to rest, because Saturday could be a long day. And if (when?) we make it to Sunday, we’ll have to have some reserves in the tank from which to draw.
So take this opportunity to ask yourself: What do I need to do NOW to be ready for the playoffs.

I agree. Just make sure you do it carefullly. Went want a full, healthy roster for this Saturday!
